BEWARE - DELL 2340L

Bought my Dell 2340L monitor for less than 6 months.

- Now the left 1/3 of the screen has lines (like a forced higher resolution)
- Same 1/3 of the screen has a greenish tint



Anybody got suggestions what to do next?

This reminds me of old days when I used to have speakers too near the CRT

Have you called Dell? Abnormal lines in the display should be covered, they will likely replace the panel on your monitor.

I also own S2340L, no defects so far. Only issue was it displayed horrible colors and had to download the calibrated color profile for accurate color reproduction.

The TFT color profile is worst to me, so yellowish
