My office took a delivery of my macbook air. The Ram was not maxed out. I cant changed it with supplier coz they ordered.
Good as im stuck with 4gb right? Can switch nyself hor.

Its still sealed.

Only thing I can do is trade with someone plus top up?

I was thinking 4gb will impact anything on my work.

Actually both parties at fault. The order form was signed but the 4gb part was blanked out due to print error. The order via email is correct. Now can't exchange.

The supplier should have an exchange option with Apple Resellers Channel, they probably just lazy to handle the admin work I'm guessing. Benefit of a doubt, they don't know the procedure.

Depends on how persistent you want to be in this case.

I would ask them to call AppleCare and request for the Apple Resellers Channel phone number for them to contact and assist with the exchange.
