got delivery schedule one mah, then got payment penalty schedule also mah.
yard gives warranty 1 year. all inside the main contract.

not sure if you are main or sub sub sub cons.
u talking about the yard or the actual owners delay your monies.

u talking about barge rig or what? afaik SG yards don't do much newbuildings except for rare occasional conversions, go china build new cheaper.

delivery schedule is on time, its the yard that delay. Everytime we ask for payment, yard wants us to give discount so as to release payment fast. I wonder if the new cashless payment can solve such payment tactic issue for the next generation.
