Bintan Custom and Transport

Hi,

Has anyone coming back from bintan recently. I want to know to bring some chinese medicine oil is it prohibited. If I bring in camera and laptop do I need to declare. Is there buses available as I am staying in Lagoi area but I want to travel to Tanjung Pinang area.
