Hi, i am a programming noob but just wondering if there is any biochemistry based programming language? as in, the existing prog lang we have are C+, fortran, java, etc, so i was wondering if there is such a prog lang that is very similar or entirely based on biochemistry model i.e. start with periodic table, then basic building blocks are nucleotides and organic chem functional groups ( thiol, ketone, aromatic rings, alcohols, amines, etc) then the language parameters are based on biochem reactions such as enzyme actions, redox, hydrolysis, etc...cos i was wondering if got such thing, then we can try write some codes in this biochem based prog lang, then run simulation to see how those yet undetermined biochem situations will interact and what will happen?

hope there are people who can understand the ideas that i am trying to convey and then provide some good feedback lol :s13: thanks in advc
