Only surnaburmi international airport have train to pratunam area ...
dmk strictly no train ..
either u take bus to mo chit then from mo chit bts take to other places
or u cab from dmk to your area ..
mo chit is the bts at chutachak ...
so if u stay sukvhumit or pratunam area,
you have to take bts at least 8 stations
or cab at least 110b or 25 to 35min to reach sukvhumit or pratunam area
There is a railway station opposite DMK Airport to Hua Lamphong if want to experience....
DMK airport very mafan..not public transport friendly
see tat railway before ... but very mafan rite...
need walk at least 15min with ur luggages and drag there rite ?

it's within walk-able distance of 10-15mins depending how fast or slow you walk. you don't really have to drag since most people would have trolley bags these days. the only problem is getting up/down the stairs from the overhead bridge to the train station/platform. might be a tag challenging for the old, young and fairer sex if they have big baggage.
i've only taken this route a handful of times many (and many) years ago. train always come slightly late (10-30mins) than the stated time. i can't recall the exact ticket price but it was dirt cheap (10-30B???) and the journey last an hour before terminating at humlamphong.
oh it can be a little bit confusing for 1st time user to know which side of the platform to buy the train ticket. there are hardly any visible signage printed in english. you just have to ask around for the right way so that you won't be ended up in chiangmai.![]()
