black border around screen with X340 monitor

Hi guys,

I'm using a Prism X340. i noticed a black border surrounding my screen as shown in the link below. how do i adjust the display to fit the full screen? is it a hardware fault?

It's normal. The bezel has an additional black.

Your extra bezel looks unusually thick. Have you set the correct screen resolution and scale?

this is my 2nd monitor, the first one had dead pixels so they gave me a replacement.
i remember my first screen being fully fitted to the screen whereas this has a black border. i don't think it's just the bezel.
Resolution is at 3440 x 1440. anything i can do about it?

Yeah , alot ppl thought it has a ultra thin bezel as advertise but it does not

I believe the X340 Pro has thicker bezel that the classic X340.

are you saying my monitor right now is the Pro version? i don't remember seeing my 2nd monitor being like that. it fitted to the screen but had dead pixels on my 2nd one. this is tilting me if i have to change it for a 3rd time.
