Thanks for the suggestion, but I'm still skeptical about buying it from the States as I'm not sure about the bandwidth compatibility. Furthermore, the US Apple Store requires you to choose a US carrier when you purchase the LTE version.

Planning to hoot with my FRANK card, can get 6% rebate.
Looking for any additional deals to go along with this.
