Black Screen when bootup

Have an Acer desktop, motherboard was recently changed after the stock one apparently broke down.

Current problem: Monitor not receiving any signal, even with VGA connection from both motherboard and graphic card vga port. Power is as normal.

Suspect motherboard problem again.. Any comments guys?
