Hi, I've recently encountered a problem that causes my com to shut down on its own when i leave it alone for a long time (afk). So far normal usage like browsing net, watching vids and playing games still ok. The locale ID sometimes changes but the os version remains the same. I've tried updating my drivers already but still encounter the problem..

This is the problem details upon booting up the com.
Problem signature:
Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.768.3
Locale ID: 18441

Additional information about the problem:
BCCode: 9f
BCP1: 0000000000000003
BCP2: FFFFFA800EAF3760
BCP3: FFFFF80000B9C3D8
BCP4: FFFFFA80107ED010
OS Version: 6_1_7601
Service Pack: 1_0
Product: 768_1

Files that help describe the problem:
C:\Windows\Minidump\030114-6224-01.dmp
C:\Users\MyName\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-73164-0.sysdata.xml

Really appreciate it if anyone could help me with this :)

"0x0000009F" Stop error when you resume a computer that is running Windows Server 2008 R2 or Windows 7 from sleep
"0x0000009F" Stop error in Windows 7 or in Windows Server 2008 R2 when the computer enters or resumes from the Soft Off (S5) power state

If you are not able to fix the problem after the hotfix, try not to let the system enter S5 power state or disable all power saving feature for the time being until you nailed the problem.

Hi,

Tried the links provided. First link's hotfix was unable to be installed as the said it was not applicable to my computer. Second link's hotfix installed perfectly fine though.

Tried restarting system and I either get a blue screen upon full loading (able to see desktop) or it tells me boot drive is inaccessible.

Here's the detailed info of one of the error messages I got.

Try booting up to safe mode and run system restore to a date prior to this new BSOD. If you are able to boot up the system again in normal mode or safe mode, navigate to C:\Windows\minidump, zip this folder and upload it to any free-to-access hosting site then post the link here. I try to debug the dump to find out the what's wrong with the system.

blue screen coming out of hibernation: Stop 0x000000C5.. - Microsoft Community

Might be related but I am not entirely sure about it until I have access to the crash dump. These dump (in the minidump folder) contain vital information related to the BSOD, debugging them could provide us the answer (in most cases) to the problem.

Hi, I have managed to start up my computer normally. Havent seen the error where Im unable to access the boot drive yet *cross fingers*. But the problem regarding hibernation still seems to be present.

Is it ok if I email you the zip file (less than 1 mb) as I dont have an account on a file sharing site. PM me ur email or something? :)

Below are the problem details of my most recent boot.
