I am buying a present for my older sister. She is into the whole organic and all natural'e products thing.

So i did some research and Body Shop seems to be the most popular and trusted brand that fills this category. Do you guys have any suggestions on:



-what products body shop is famous or good for?

-what do you guys usually get for yourselves from Body Shop?

-how are the customer service standards in Body Shop?

-which Singapore outlet do you guys normally go to?

-if anyone has any experience with using their online website?

-if i should even buy from body shop at all? if not, other brands i can go for?

As far as I know, I think they are not organic unless they specifically stated they are. You can check out Origins. They do talk about organic ingredients.
