Occurred to my 1 day old laptop, bought at Tech Show at Suntec. Called the seller they tell me go exchange at the tech show, or contact Lenovo onsite warranty! How like that??

IT is a 2nd hand laptop or Brand new one?

I suggest you go to lenovo service centre at Funan for checking.

Bro, according to lemon law they need to do 1 for 1 exchange. Or provide full refund. Furthermore its DOA or Dead On Arrival.

likely due to ram issue.

if the ram is embedded.. then whole motherboard needs to be replace.

I had exactly the same problem after buying a BN Lenovo laptop from IT Show last year. (From Harvey Norman Booth, not Atrix) You'll need to perform a complete system reset. (Due to corrupted Windows 10 Image) To go to system recovery, you'll need to have a sim ejector pin and poke through the little hole on the left side of your laptop. After I did this, my Lenovo is still going strong with no new problems whatsoever.

Got it fixed at repair centre. Now can use. But when I put to sleep mode then when I "wake" it up, this screen appears. What is this and should I be concerned?
