i know u do. is it untenable during that period of time since there's no time for oral hygiene

where u get this from? i think BMT will probably be the most healthy period of your life.

coz my jc fren say their bmt very chiong 1

then it is up to your individual priority

no matter how chiong they claim, people always seems to have 1 last cigarette, 1 last dump, 1 last whatever.

yours can be brush teeth.

he has water bottle, tooth brush and toothpaste. i guess that is pretty much enough to brush his teeth during outfield.

i think it will be tough when u eat

for me i am normally a slow eater among my guy friends, with braces, it makes my eating speed even slower.

in army, u always rush to wait. including meal time, so i dont know how is it possible to finish meals fast in bmt if u hav braces

You have a lot of time to practice oral hygiene lol. Actually just one brushing session per day is good enough; do it at night, that's when you stop salivating and the bacteria gets to work. Got water parade, take the chance and rinse your mouth too (but of course swallow the water).

I'm not sure if you thought I'm already in NS, but I'm honestly still waiting to get enlisted too lol. Just offering a simple lifestyle tip. :s13:
