You siao eh. They stand to benefit more.

Sinkie who take this train go KL is to go there shop and boost their tourism revenue.

Malaysians who take this train come SG is to seek employment. Earn our money but weekend go back there spend. Malaysia gets to lower their unemployment rate.

Last but not least spending so much money on the construction on their soil means an increase in govt expenditure which in simple economics means yet an increase in their national income.

This project benefits them more than it benefits us even if both countries stand to gain.
