i feel so angry. the authorities are really worse than useless. there's an evil monster out there roaming about but until now they cannot catch. i don't believe it's so difficult.

The fact that it happened at king kong cat memorial block shows the criminal is just super cocky and assured nothing will happen to him and just rubbing it in normal Singaporeans face like "see i can anyhow kill cats what you gonna do about it".
