I don't know but it seems to be an advantage except against US domestic manufacturers?

I mean he is imposing tariff on practically every foreign countries and the lowest percentage is 10%?
So it means that SG products are more competitive against goods made in other non US countries?
As for US made products, unless the competitive edge is less than 10% then it would impact adversely?

Nevertheless we should hit them back with 10% tariffs too as a matter of principles. In fact the USA has a trade surplus against SG and this would narrow it.
