hey guys, am looking for a lifting shoe for long term, but not sure if i should get regular flat lifting shoes or oly shoes
currently my S/B/D ish 95/75/115 and using my old chuck taylors with holes at the side and sole already
sometimes the grip also don't feel confident on the squat and lifting platform especially when chalk ish all over the place
i heard deadlifting in oly shoes is a no go due to the lifted heel? then again i'm not sure if i will try out and learn some oly lifts in the near future when i get stronger and leaner
any recommendations for wide toe box lifting shoes? currently my width is 2E and size is 28.5cm
so far i only see do-win on local sellers, and notorious lift shoes look nice but i'm not sure about the toe box width
nike metcon is quite expensive and i'm not sure about the width of both nike metcon and aiddas adipower
preferably can keep budget below $150, thanks
