Most of the stuff here are fine.
Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 series. Whichever model cheaper will do. Typically around $3x-$4x.
GPU: Powercolor Red Dragon RX 5700 XT (cheapest now @ 619 via lazada pcthemes)
PSU: Superflower Eco Silver 600W @ 97 lazada tech Dynamic
SSD: Adata SX8200 Pro 1TB @ 239 lazada pcthemes
Case: Fractal Design Focus G Mini @ 69 lazada convergent

All prices above before discount. Allocate your own vouchers according.

Thanks for your list!! :)

a few questions:
1) how is the sapphire pulse version different from the powercolor?
2) will any matx case fit? might look around for other cases.
3) what kind of ram is needed? (3000 or 3200 mhz ver) really unsure of this

Price seems to be going up steadily so local now is cheaper! Don't get cheap psu, good one last 10+ years, can reuse for your next spec
Seasonic Focus Plus Gold 650w or EVGA G+ Gold 650w - Around $145

SSD
https://www.amazon.com/Sabrent-Rocket-Internal-Performance-SB-ROCKET-1TB/dp/B07LGF54XR - Around $140

Your gpu will not fit into your budget :O

I have not bought from amazon before but 140 is usd or sgd? i am trying a checkout for this and final price is either 168 SGD or 115 USD. Which should be a better choice to choose when making payment?

yeah i know, gonna stretch the budget abit :o

3600 has no headroom to OC and runs very cool at stock, so a cheaper and easier to install air tower HSF like Deepcool Gammax GTE more than enough.

SSD try buy at least 1TB, win10 bloats up a lot.

I myself use Seasonic Focus Plus 850W, but CM MWE Gold 550W Full Modular @ $99 more than enough for single GPU build without extreme OCing if you want to save some money.

why though, is it better?

most cards are about the same. its only the temp difference maybe few degrees. powercolor got 3 years warranty while sapphire got 2 years.

but now i see alot ppl say powercolor OOS already.

the warranty itself quite turn off tho, really up to you cos around this price range only left these 2 cards.

ask pctheme whether they can find stock for you? think dynacore pricelist got powercolor red dragon for 619.
