Hi Guys, sorry if it's been asked a million times but i'm new to the forum and i'm aware of all the different avenues and information available on this topic, but I still want some suggestions.

I want to build my own PC used for gaming at high/ultra setting and general use.
I play game such as bf4, farcry 3, assasin creed and crysis 3.

At the same time, i would like to check if does all r9 280x has artifects and flickering problem or is it just manufacture defects.

My budget is $1.5k for the desktop itself and wish to include a ssd for os.
Is CPU Liquid cooler needed? Or should i just use stock cooler or get CM Hyper 212 EVO.
Which shop should i buy from in SLS?

Thanks in advance!
Cheers!

Edit:
I saw from other post that they recommanded msi bm85 g43.
Would like to know if z87 plus is it better as i saw it from another post.
