btw Ryzen 2 is projected for release march 18. If you want to, you can wait for that to appear. Hopefully mobo won't be in short supply.

Suggest you go with a twin fan GTX 1060 6GB, like a Zotac AMP!, Galax or Palit.
Your case is not space limited like a ITX, so why limit yourself to ITX cooling with just one heat pipe and fan.
