Hi,

I will like to build a PC that is for internet, using office and mainly watching youtube, streaming movies, and mostly watching live broadcast tournaments from twitch channel ( i am a big fan of watching games although i dont play much )

Do i need a graphics card for this? Also i wanted to try Ryzen 2400g with integrated graphics but the salesman told me Ryzen is not as good as intel as Ryzen is purely for gaming and it is not durable. Is that true?

Would be glad if someone could advise me on this:)

Hell no. Ryzen is also great for your usage. But your usage is so minimum that you can just go for the cheapest processor will do which should be the g4560 for you.

Since you won't be playing games, no gpu is needed for you. If you wanna play some e-sports title, get the ryzen 2200g.

TL;Dr - get the intel g4560 if you 100% won't game. If you play some simple e-sports title or want to have the option to do so, get the ryzen 2200g

I wont be gaming much at all. I guess I will stick to 2200g Ryzen.

May I know let say which type of motherboards should I buy?
Ram I am getting 8gb
SSD drive I am considering which amount. I do have subscribed Dropbox yearly subscription to store my important documents for backup and I do not download much movies to watch, just purely streaming. With current windows 10 and such, is a 128 transcend enough? or should I just get a Samsung evo 256gb if budget allows
Do I need a power supply?

Thanks for the advise

for motherboard, if you are getting ryzen, do look out for compatibility. make sure ur ryzen cpu is able to use for the motherboard u select.

like u say, if purely for OS i think 128 also can la but if budget allows, get the samsung evo.

and of course, u need a power supply. can consider any 500w or 550w psu.

here's a mini ITX build i did a while back for my dad (oct 2017). you can use and refer to it and replace the parts as required:

nil
Thermaltake Core V1 Mini-ITX Case $ 60.00
