Building a rig (need recommendation)

Hi guys,

My motherboard just died on me few days ago and I am looking to build a new 1. I still can use back my WD black carniver 1tb hd and samsung 23inch lcd monitor but need recommendation on what to get for other parts. I am using the rig mainly for light gaming like dota2 l4d, some mobile games running on emulators and watching videos with multiples tabs for surfing other websites. So what mobo/cpu, graphic card, ssd, psu or etc should I get? Thanks in advance. Budget at 1k or below if possible.
