building budget rig for internet browsing

hi guys, looking to build a pretty low end rig used for internet browsing and mostly basic applications like microsoft word etc etc
can any bros here recommend a budget rig w/ os ?
budget around maybe around 400-500ish ? can overshoot if not possible to keep within 300 ish

Assuming you do not need OS and optical drive,

CPU & Mobo: G2020 & Asrock B75M-DGS @ $133
Ram: Adata 1600mhz value ram 4GB @ $45
HDD: WD Blue 500GB @ $60
Case: ATX case @ $20
PSU: FSP 300W PNR @ $45

Total: $303
Buy and build at Tradepac.

Go 2nd hand and get a copy of genuine Windows 7 separately if you dare not ascend the terrain...

Nipppons build is more than enough.

Spending more does not mean that the rig will last you longer.

Upgrading along the way is.

For web browsing and office applications, even 5 year old systems are more than capable.
