Hi all, I'm think of building a new pc. I've put together some parts. Please advise if it's fine or I can do better? Budget: $1,400.

Am not OC-ing and hope to game normally. Don't need super high fps. Don't need peripherals or DVD rom and HDD. Pulling out from old rig.

Mobo: Gigabyte H77M-D3H + i5-3570
GPU: Palit GTX670 2GB DDR5
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 1600MHz CL 9 8GB
PSU: Seasonic X Series 650W Modular
SSD: Plextor M5S 128GB SSD Sata3
CPU Cooler: Xigmatek Gaia SD1283 Direct Heat Touch
Casing: Corsair Carbide 200R

Total: Around $1,382 from Fuwell from HWZ pricelist.

Please advise or I can I get better build with my budget?

Thanks!

if you're not oc-ing do you still need the aftermarket cooler?

...on the other hand it can be much quieter than stock cooler

The pricelist from HWZ like not showing a lot. Those stuffs I interested in, always put "On Offer".. Hard to calculate budget from home. :x

No air-con in room. Light gaming. So a after-market cooler will be better for CPU?

Asrock good ah?

And one last question bros, can I install Vista on H77/Z77 chipset mobo before upgrading to Win 7?

Cause I got a Vista last time with a free upgrade to Win 7. Then I read Asus mobo like don't support Win Vista.

Any bros can advise? Or do I need to buy a new OS?

Bumping. Anyone can help answer me please?

Question: Can I install Vista on H77 or H87 chipset board first before upgrading to Windows 7?

Cause I only got a Windows 7 upgrade OS. So need to install Vista first.
