Will be going to BKK soon. My plan is to travel by MRT, BTS and bus. I have heard of the rabbit card. But it seems to be for BTS only. Or am I wrong?

Have also come across the spider card that can be used for MRT, BTS and bus. But some said not implemented yet. Is it right?

However, I am still confused. What card(s) should I buy? Of course, one-for-all would be best. Can someone advise?

BTW, staying 4D3N.

Yes, spider card is for mrt and bts but seem not very successful.
Most of the time you will be using bts than mrt, so get rabbit card and use coin for mrt.

unfortunately you need separate card for BTS & MRT
only cash for local bus

since you staying only 4D3N, i suggest just use cash .... can easily change coins at stations

never buy the day pass before .
normally would go to bangkok with a group, hence usually would just cab.

since 4 pax if take cab by meter, should be <100b for a 15 to 20min trip
if by bts is 25b each, or 100b for four ...

rabbit card can use at 711, macdonalds, etc

The counter told me 10 years expiry....don’t know true or not.

Rabbit cards have a 5 year lifetime validity period from date of issue.
๐ Cash value on a Rabbit card is valid for 2 years from date of last transaction. Within the card validity period (5 years), if value is topped up, then validity will automatically be extended. Rabbit cards should be used within 45 days from date of issue or trips last refilled, according to terms and conditions as specified by the Company.
