Buying Windows 8.1

Hi,

anybody knows how I can buy a legitimate copy of Windows 8.1 ? need 1 that can install from a fresh new PC without existing OS.

What are the options here, can I just buy the product key and Install or do I need to buy a boxed version of it?

Think you can just go SLS buy OEM version should be cheaper.
