There's no conclusive answer on the question you're asking.
Best to wait a little longer until the local distros deplete their inventory of boards with C1 stepping chipsets. Don't think it'll be that fast.

Haswell does not seem to sell very well. Will take some time.
Moreover, Intel Ivy Bridge-E is coming...soon.

interesting.. Ivy-E.. i doubt haswell C2 in singapore would be fast too.. guess i'll go taiwan and take a look.. since the mobos are manufactured there i guess they should have the "freshest" stock..
