Sorry to dig out this thread. I have been using my I4s to take photos over my baby. Recently he has grown up a lot and becomes faster.
I have a LX3 lying around at home. Is it better if I use that? Or shall I buy a new S110?
If you want fast response time from the time you release your shutter to the time the camera react, get a DSLR, or M4/3. I don't think Canon S110 is fast enough.
Note: It's not about how fast the shutter speed is, I'm referring to how fast the lens and body snap the subject upon you notice that composure via your viewfinder.
