A friend looking for a PC
with following requirement:
1. Without monitor, casing, speaker, and OS.
2. Budget around $600
3. Usage for: Office work, multimedia (music, youtube, movies), occasionally game (I think he only play Dota II, his monitor will be a 1080p).
4. Most important factor is reliability and performance value. I suggest him to get Intel system.

Can help on the spec? is it possible to get i5? Thank in advance..

no casing recycled, will get new one, not include casing cos casing he will choose himself (its more like personal preference) separate budget for that same for the monitor
