Can HMS install SingPass?

I remember some bro said can install on P40 without side loading GMS
But then i check huawai app gallery there is no SingPass.

Huawei said they are working with the developer. I give them the benefits of my doubt.. Those goondus like look down on Huawei.

I do have SingPass Mobile installed and it is not working.

Will prompt "Oops, something went wrong, please try again later" error message.

Note:
I do not have GMS sideloaded

Debugger mentioned that GPay will not work, did not ask him about bank apps.

Some of the local bank app will work, but they'll still prompt you that it "won't run work without Google Play services, which are not supported by your device."

I'm looking around for new phone, am very keen in Huawei. So i went to store to find out more on Huawei app store. What i meant does huawei app store bring inconvenient to our commonly use apps - Google map/ Banking app. One example Singpass, i saw its in app store however the sales person told me that Singpass can dl but not able to work yet.
Any Huawei guru who are holding onto Huawei phone able to give some advise any way to mitigate this inconvenient gaps between Google app and Huawei app.
