If you mean the fans dont spin at all then yes u can go to challenger for a refund/store credit. If you meant that the temperatures are more or less the same just 3-5 degrees less tough luck. Notebook fans no matter what brand as long as it draws usb power, let alone 3x fans, its not going to make much difference. The environment (aircon) or airflow of the surrounding area is going to make more of an impact.

There was once I bought a pair of TP-Link Powerline adapter from challenger. After trying out at home, I realised it had slow connection speed and went to exchange for Aztech. Then, again, I find Aztech one was even slower. So I went to challenger to exchange for voucher so that I could take my time to slowly research before deciding on which brand to buy. So I think there shouldn't have any problem for TS to get a credit refund. Challenger has the best customer service! :s12:

Is this all done within 7 days?

I am facing almost a same issue, not satisfied with a product dun mind changing to another product to top up.

Did you need to convince them or it is covered within the 7 days policy?
