Hi.. my s4 screen went blank suddenly.. its a display problem.. i still can sync my fone.. it still can be on just that the screen is black.. i would like to do a backup on my fone.. however i cannot press the debug and the sync on my fone. Can i sync my contacts from my fone without having the need to touch it?

if you are talking about data, use third party software to access your phone.
manually copy out all your stuff, like photos, contacts, sms messages, etccc.

Have u tried pulling out battery and put it back to start phone?
