Hi, with reference to "Multiple set-top boxes set-up" in https://www.starhub.com/personal/entertainment/fibre-tv-set-top-box.html, can the new Starhub white set-top boxes works with the existing IP D-link switch? VeONT will have 2 ports, of which one will be connected to the IP Switch and another to the router.
Or the new white set-top box+ must be connected to a router wifi?
I asking in this forum because...i whatsapp, facebook and call Starhub 1633 (both technical assistance and recontracting options) ..nobody can give me an exact answer. all of the customer service support themselves are flanking the question.
