Can we increase cigarette tax to 200%

With so many smoker littering, i suggest sell one packet at $50. So govt can use the money generated to clean the litters.

Not just cigarettes there are bottles, sodas cans, bubble tea cups, plastic bags, papers and even take away chap cai pun box or even snacks packages.........Shall we tax them 200%
It's some locals and some foreigner who brought their culture with them.
Didn't you see the local uncle driving and throwing his trash outside his van and screaming a Malaysian telling him to go back to Malaysia when he recorded his act..!!
