Cancel Iphone 6 plus order

Hi guys,recently i ordered Iphone 6 Plus on 5 November and i cancelled them on the 6 november because it takes 4 weeks to ship by then i am going overseas.I'm worried now because the money is not available to withdraw.I have called up apple customer online to cancel my order and reverse the transaction and i have called DBS bank to help with this,but then the bank has not received any confirmation about the cancellation with my order,thus till now the money i still cant used them...anyone can help?PS this is my first thread and am sorry for any grammatical errors.

I guess u mean on debit card and savings account. Check if your available balance are equal to deposits balance or not... If the amount doesn't same, mean they are only hold your money and not took it yet.. They will refund u within 14 days... No worries
