I think all 3 are fairly similar enough to each other. Comparing a laundry list of finer specs is pointless unless you consider some specs to be a critical selling point or deal-breaker for you, eg. maybe audio quality is very important, then the JBL speakers of the ideapad become more of a selling point.

But if these 3 laptops are all you're looking at, then I think it goes down to a preference of screen size... Everybody have different set of needs so there is no 'best' laptop

The lenovo y410p doesn't have dual graphics. It isn't released yet and no one knows when it will be. Lenovo just keeps dragging and dragging it. No matter, the lenovo y410p is a very good laptop for that price.

MSI will be releasing a GE40 model with GTX760 around $1699-$1799 region.

That would be a very good option compared to Y410p, considering that it have a 14.0" FHD screen and with options for SSD upgrades.
