Starting a career in a big 4 in audit or joining a bank like DBS in retail banking sales ?

Which career is more promising in terms of financial compensation, career progression and job satisfaction and reputation?

money will come later if you have passion for your job

The two are completely different: auditing's going to be a very green-eyeshade profession; retail banking sales is, as the name says, a sales job. If you have the personality for sales, you're going to hate auditing - and vice versa.
