case fan help

hi fellow hwz, need help to install 2 new case fan on itx motherboard. currently cpu and system is used by processor and exhaust fan and no more slot to install another 2 fan for intake.

is it fine to get fan splitter and use on cpu and system on each slot? will it cause any issue on the motherboard in a long term?

or any better recommendation to install it?

Get those 3 pins fan plig to molex plug and plug into the PSU molex power to power up your fan.

its better to get a fan controller with fan connectors. Try not to use cpu pin to splitter... when your fans need more power to spin faster.. there is none..

I m using this. less the 15 on ebay.

splitter is a good idea on the system fan

If you go molex route, just make sure the fan are those <1800rpm or it will be loud

Fan controller if you have space for it

Atas one is Noctua or Gentle Typhoon followed by Corsair. I m using CM fans.. cheap and good for low rev fan speeds... I use the fan controller to tone down the speed. Very quiet.

Currently I'm using splitter for 2 of my case fan and it's looking fine and run in quite for me. But not sure is it will harm my motherboard or not.
