Cashless payment and Wowpass in Korea

Heard that most places in Korea are going cashless including stalls at night markets etc.

Can we use Samsung Pay at night market stalls ?

Can use Wowpass at these stalls ?

Most places that accept Wowpass will also accept credit cards anyway right ?

What about the exchange rate it offers ? They say it's better than money changers

Can be used as T money card as well but T money card only cost 2500w and Wowpass cost 5000w right ?

Almost all places accept credit cards except for some street stalls and tmoney card recharge.

Not sure about samsung pay and wowpass as i dont use those.
