You need to go through SQP programmes to gain the designation, CA of Singapore.
- best to get for working in sg.
For CPA, depends on which country you wish to work in, best to get CPA of that country. Some countries may name their CPA as CA.
CA of Singapore may have some arrangements with other countries ca/cpa for exemptions or other reciprocal recognition. Best to check sqp website.
CFA is a whole different set of professional qualification for finance industry.
You can try get both CA and CFA to be somewhat versatile.
