Change iphone battery

anyone knows where i can find reliable services for changing iphone battery? went to authorised service center but battery check is ok. says they won’t change the battery for me even though the battery drains right in front of their eyes.

My brother’s iPhone 6 had a case of fast battery draining, went to Apple Orchard for battery replacement (out-of-warranty.) Even after that, the new battery still has the same “issue” so he went back and found out it was the board and not the battery. He bought a new phone instead.

Seems like it's the battery regulator IC (or whatever it's called). It costs $100+ to replace outside which is like wts.

Sometime is apple inside change a recon battery or old battery. They wan to earn money. Best is on the spot see them change or diy.
