If i not wrong need to call their call center 3157 6434. They are operating 7am to 10pm daily. If you purchase the ticket during their promotion, then better not waste money to change name cause is SGD75 per sector and you might need to top up for the fare different.

if u have doc letter to proof that you are not suitable to fly. u can check with tiger airline.
I think they allow to change date

Change passenger name
must pay admin fees + price diff
might end up to few hundeds dollars
must well give up the ticket

if u book at 100 to bangkok for example...
now the price becomes 200
you need to top up the price diff which is 100sgd per person
plus admin fees, perhaps like what others have mentioned, 75sgd per sector

If not wrong, they only refund tax if guest decided not to travel and there is an admin fee of SGD50 per guest which is why is better to purchase travel insurance to cover us if such thing happen.
