I saw some pretty cheap cables , eg

https://shopee.sg/5A-Fast-Charging-...rsal-Android-Cell-Phone-i.54615708.1533859658

5A 1M at $1-$2. Are they good ?

Thanks.

Get Ugreen cables and chargers from official seller on Lazada or Shopee. These are cheap and reliable. Bought quite a few for both my iPhone and Xiaomi phone.

I bought multiple ugreen, nohon, baseus cables. Pd cables, USB c to USB a.

The key is not buying the highest spec but the correct spec.

I am using xiaomi POCO f2 and none of the high spec cables can provide turbo charge except for the original cable and charger.

Even a 60w cable paired with 30w charger does not trigger the turbo charge.

Likewise having 5A cable doesn't help if your phone does not accept 5A, xiaomi does not.

Sent from Xiaomi POCO F2 PRO using GAGT

most sellers will specify which device the cable is for.
like the 5A is usually for huawei.
so using 5A charger/cable combo on xiaomi will only get you the same result as a 2A combo, which is quick charge at 18W.
