few times if u book with them would be cheaper
sometimes u book separately would be cheaper
cox hotels have discount coupon
plus u can get 8% rebate on shopback ...
hence sometimes once u have did ur maths, book separately would be cheaper

need some advices on booking from cheaptickets, zuji..

used skyscanner to search for flight

1) thai airway web ~ SGD870
2) zuji (with thai airway same flight selected) ~ SGD720

anyone can help to enlighten if it is safe to book from zuji? there is a considerable difference in ticket fares.

Zuji is fine i think.

3rd party sites sometimes have discounted tickets from a lower fare class.
Might not earn u as much mileage but if u dont care about that, it is ok.

Before your first flight(outbound), if u need to change anything, have to go through the travel agency.

U can also credit thai airways flights to sq krisflyer.

zuji and expedia and cheap tickets are safe by default.
normally expedia price are relatively cheaper than the main airline website by few dollars or more ...

Buy direct by right is the safest.
no issues on ur bookings

fren have booked once on 3rd party website
booked cathay, turned out to be mh ...
should be those once in a rare case ...

normally personally if the price diff not bad, would rather book direct

Sometimes 3rd party websites have good prices.
One drawback is that if u want to change your ticket for whatever reason, have to go through the travel agency unless u have already flown part of it.

I like to use kayak.com desktop version(their mobile version has some bugs).
Shows u comparison between different websites.

Travel agencies sometimes also have good deals.

Sometimes u can save a lot by flying from another airport nearby eg KL or Penang especially long distance flights.

If i fly long distance to say usa or europe, i will also check fares that originate from nearby cities.

The overall cost can sometimes be much cheaper.
