cheapest mobo+CPU combo

Hi all, as my backup pc have recently lorry, I need bros here to recommend me the cheapest CPU+mobo combo.

I need the mobo to have dvi or vga output so I can use the igp inbuilt in the new cpu.

Things I need is CPU+mobo and ram. Budget is as low as possible. Will use back the old parts. But not too low till the mobo is of lousy quality. Im okay with asrock
