no. want max settings with avg 80 fps, $500 not possible. you need buy everything inside the pc case right? do you need OS as well?

Can get some items used instead of having just new parts. Get the cpu,graphics card and motherboard used

For me $500 budget I would buy new I3 + h81 board , New psu . The rest reuse and buy a used cheap gfx

Not possible to reuse the parts from 10 yrs old PC. I believe the only part is working is the casing
