Itinerary as follow :-

Day 1 : arrive Nagoya
Day 2 : Nagoya - Gifu : Gifu castle / Hida Osaka Falls
Day 3 : Takayama - Takayama morning mkt / Shirakawa-go / Gokayama / Takaoka City / Toyama City
Day 4 : Tateyama Kurobe Alphine Route
Day 5 : Matsumoto - Narai juku and Mahoney-juku
Day 6 : Nagoya

Is this too rush. I still have another 6 days free and was thinking of going Osaka but tkt price seem not as high compared to Return sin / Nagoya tkt

Eh what’s with the mad rush for Day 3? A lot of travelling on buses and trains. Choose one of the gassho villages, not both. You’re staying overnight at Takayama on Day 2?

Not very sure of travel time. But was copy a little from some website. As they suggest some 5 days pass which include the Alpine

you have no time for that day 3. it takes half day to travel and tour shirakawago.

You can choose to travel down to Tokyo.

do consider open jaw.

My plan travel period is 19 jun to 30 end jun. Look like I maybe able to catch both Sakura and wisteria. So I may plan the other way round instead to catch Sakura at Matsumoto castle.

Day 3 might be possible to you start very early in the morning and plan all the bus transfers. But as many have said, not recommended.

If you remove Takaoka City and not planning to explore toyama city much, then I think it's doable.

E.g. Takayama morning mkt (7-8am) --> Shirakawa-go (9am-12pm) --> Gokayama (1-4pm) --> Toyama City (Reach around 6+)

Above timings are just rough estimates. Better check each bus timing.

For day 4, you need to plan your transfers properly as well.
From toyama city to tateyama station, and then individual transfers and stops on the alpine route.

I don't recall seeing a direct bus from shirakawago to gokayama unless driving.

TS getting the Alpine-Takayama-Matsumoto Area Tourist Pass is it? That's why wanna pack so many places in 5 days?!

Take it chill la. As so many people have pointed out, your day 3 is so packed.

You can consider the below.

Day 1 : Arrive Nagoya
Day 2 : Nagoya - Matsumoto. Activate your pass and stay over at Matsumoto.
Day 3 : Tateyama Kurobe Alphine Route. Stay over at Toyama
Day 4 : Toyama to Takayama. Stay over at Takayama.
Day 5: Day trip to Shirakawago. Stay over at Takayama.
Day 6: Takayama - Gifu.
Day 7: Gifu - Nagoya
Day 8: Day trip to Nakatsugawa
Day 9-12: Nagoya

Day 1 : arrive late at Gifu stay at Gifu
Day 2 : Tour gifu and move to Takayama after dinner
Day 3 : Takayama morning mkt and day tour to Shirakawa-go
Day 4 : Takayama to Alpine Route and stay at Murodo for night scene
Day 5 : Murodo to Hotaka for wasabi farm and stay at Matsumoto
Day 6 : Matsumoto / magome-Ju
