i was looking at this counter. noticed that EPU for this counter in negative value. what does it means ?
CitySpring - SharesInv.com

That means it did not have any profits in that year when EPU is negative and it raises a red flag. I have divested out this stock last year. Looking at the fundamentals, I don't recommend buying it.

hi guys... i am a newbie to trusts and was just checking out cityspring...

if you wise guys can help me on this one...

cityspring has been making losses for the past 2 years, and have a balance sheet that is heavy on borrowings.

how is it possible that they are paying out dividends?

is this something that is guaranteed at listing time, despite the financial performance?

Once you start paying dividends, it is best to continue, otherwise sure tio whack. Even borrowing to pay.

Its possible for them to do so because distributions are paid out of operating cash flow and not profits.
