Clarification on m1 mobile data charges needed

Hello, I am currently using a HTC phone under m1. My contract ended earlier this Feb, and I decided not to recontract since I don't want to get another handset. Now I am really confused about how m1 charges data without any mobile plan for customers like me, because I don't have local data bundle anymore. Right now my data usage is about 258MB. How do I calculate my bill for data usage? Thanks in advance for replying!

1) For plans with bundled data: $2.14/MB, cap at $10.70/GB and up to $188.32/mth excluding subscription rates and other applicable charges.

2) For plans without bundled data: 1.07¢/kB, capped at $295.32/mth excluding subscription and other applicable charges.

As you said, your plan don't come with mobile data. Is it like SunSaver with Senior Benefits (500MB free during contract)? If yes, then #2 applies to you.

Since your contract has finished, I suggest you downgrade to M1 mySIM+ 15 1 year contract, for that plan, you get 1GB/mth of data with 100 mins outgoing and 500 SMS/MMS. Can always upgrade to 2-yr handset contract anytime during the mySIM contract, no penalities at all.

Actually I'm confused about all these terms. I will be handling all my phone matters for the first time since all my lifetime.
My 2 yr contract was under the Lite+ data bundled plan, which meant I had to pay $42 every month with 3GB data available before any additional charges.
What exactly does "contract expire/finish" mean? Does this mean I no longer pay $42 as before, and go by 1.07¢/kB? Or the $42 with 3GB still continues, just that there's no more opportunity for upgrading to a discounted new handset?
I'm working part-time before going to uni, and my normal data usage won't exceed 2GB every month, while I don't take many calls as I prefer messaging.

Then just leave it, the lite+ plan will giving you fix 200 min talk time, 1000 sms & 3GB data.

If you do nt require any handset, consider to go for mysim 20+ / mysim30+ although you may need to pay $20 downgrade fee after your contract ended

Nope, since your plan is the Lite+ plan, the plan bundle of 200 mins, 1000 SMS/MMS and 3GB data will remain as is. $42/mth still applies, excluding Caller Number Display and other VAS.

Extra charges will still be $10.70/GB, since yours is under data bundled plans.

Also right, you can always downgrade to mySIM+ 20 1 year contract, $20/mth excluding VAS, 4GB data, 150 mins talk and 800 SMS/MMS.
