Clone sata to ssd windows 8 help

I trying to clone windows 8 sata to ssd
Understand ghost wont work with win8

So anyone can recommend a good ghost software to clone the data so over to ssd?

Try using amoei backup but it won't work.. So anyone can help?

My ssd is Samsung 840
Tried using the samsung data migration software it won't detect the ssd

Anyone know why too?
